Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Vendor Manager cum Repair & Maintenance Manager. The role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency in repair and maintenance activities, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes. Responsibilities also include effective contract management, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring all repair and maintenance tasks adhere to set standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance, monitor repair processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in Procurement and Contract Negotiation to source reliable vendors and establish cost-efficient agreements
• Proficiency in Contract Management and ensuring compliance with contract terms and vendor deliverables
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders effectively
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of facility management processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
