Vendor Management Manager

The Vendor Management Manager is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing vendors and subcontractors across various real estate and construction projects. This role ensures timely supply of materials, efficient execution of services, cost optimization, and vendor compliance with company standards and project requirements. We are hiring 10+ Yrs of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for materials (cement, steel, tiles), services (plumbing, electrical), and equipment (machinery, tools).
• Ensure vendor documentation, certifications, and legal compliance are in place.
• Vendor Performance Management:
• Monitor vendor delivery schedules, quality, cost adherence, and responsiveness.
• Conduct regular vendor audits and maintain performance records.
• Contract Negotiation & Management:
• Draft and manage vendor contracts including pricing, scope of work, SLAs, and penalties.
• Negotiate best pricing and terms without compromising on quality.
• Project Coordination:
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and purchase teams to align vendor deliveries with site timelines.
• Address any delivery delays or quality issues impacting project progress.
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor markets, and subcontracting
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with ERP/Procurement software (e.g., SAP, Buildsmart, Zoho)
• Understanding of legal contracts and compliance requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
