**Role Overview:** As a Vendor Management Lead, VP at DWS Technology, you will serve as a Service Relationship Owner (SRO) for the principal services received from Deutsche Bank TDI. Your role will involve acting as a partner for the Head of Core Technology, ensuring oversight, communication, and review of technology services. You will engage with internal stakeholders and DB TDI teams to maintain high standards of organization and discipline, driving technology service delivery to success globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Communication Excellence:** Serve as the primary point of contact for the DWS Technology organization, facilitating clear and concise communications to drive alignment. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** Conduct discussions and negotiations with TDI partners regarding service deficiencies, ensuring follow-up and issue resolution. - **Service Oversight:** Maintain a deep understanding of services provided by TDI, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - **Governance and Compliance:** Support the implementation and maintenance of governance frameworks to comply with internal policies and external regulations. - **Continuous Improvement:** Drive initiatives for continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and championing innovative solutions. - **SRO Training & Expertise (Optional):** Leverage previous SRO training and experience to enhance role effectiveness. **Qualifications Required:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous. - **Professional Experience:** Minimum 6-7 years of experience in technology project management, stakeholder engagement, or service delivery oversight. - **Communication:** Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information persuasively. - **Project Management:** Demonstrated experience in leading technology projects and coordinating teams towards common goals. - **Organization & Discipline:** Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - **Stakeholder Management:** Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and manage expectations. - **Service Delivery Understanding:** Solid understanding of technology services, vendor management, and operational excellence. **Additional Company Details:** The company promotes a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to excel together.
