Role Overview: Working as a Human Resources HR Business Advisor at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you play a crucial role in supporting the people strategy of the business by providing expert advice on various aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will interact with Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Business Managers, HR Business Partners, and colleagues from HR Asia Pacific teams, offering guidance on compensation, talent management, and performance management. Your role also involves managing restructuring initiatives, supporting disciplinary measures, and providing coaching to team members. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Business Managers, HR Business Partners, and colleagues from HR Asia Pacific teams - Support the people strategy of the business by providing expert advice on all aspects of the employee lifecycle - Provide support to clients on compensation and recognition/reward processes - Offer guidance on flexible work arrangements, resignations, and retirements - Support disciplinary measures and performance management as needed - Support talent management processes - Manage the execution of restructuring initiatives - Complete requests for terminations, restructuring, off-boarding, and adhoc compensation changes - Implement continuous process improvement through a collaborative culture - Provide coaching to team members Qualifications Required: - Experience in an HR Advisory or related advisory role with deep knowledge of the HR lifecycle - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients across the APAC region - Willingness to work in a virtual environment and engage with clients through various channels - Genuine client focus and ability to adapt personal style to manage client queries efficiently - Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze requests methodically and make sound judgments - Familiarity with conflict resolution and negotiation techniques - Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail - Ability to create innovative solutions for process improvements - Intellectual curiosity to stay updated on organizational changes and objectives - Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and work collaboratively towards common goals Role Overview: Working as a Human Resources HR Business Advisor at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you play a crucial role in supporting the people strategy of the business by providing expert advice on various aspects of the employee lifecycle.
