Role Overview: You will be supporting the Relationship Manager based in Gurgaon, India, in managing and servicing corporate client relationships across North and East India. Key Responsibilities: - Support in client coverage and origination to identify opportunities and structure solutions in coordination with product partners across the corporate bank product suite. - Engage in dialogues to originate business opportunities and add value to clients, supporting their business growth. - Coordinate closely with global and local country relationship bankers to ensure integrated and seamless coverage for clients. - Take ownership of end-to-end execution of client transactions and provide client-centric service. - Deepen existing client relationships and actively develop new client relationships to increase wallet share. - Advise clients on macroeconomic, geopolitical issues, and regulatory trends impacting their business and industry. - Stay updated on client business developments, industry trends, and manage risks within the portfolio. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance relationships with clients. - Proven track record in understanding clients' strategic priorities and providing holistic corporate banking solutions. - Ability to work across functions to execute transactions. - Knowledge of credit risk management and ESG frameworks related to corporates. - Educational qualification as a Chartered Accountant or an MBA from a reputable institute. - Deep understanding of the corporate business environment, regulatory landscape, and market trends across Asia with industry-specific knowledge.
