Role Overview

We are looking for a Vendor & Partner Management Executive who will play a key role in developing, managing, and nurturing partnerships with vendors and international collaborators across the exhibitions and events industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with cross-geography coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with international partners (U.S., Middle East, Europe, etc.)
• Support in onboarding, communication, and ongoing partner updates
• Identify and build new partnerships with fabricators, printing houses, caterers, manpower suppliers, etc.
• Negotiate and finalize project details with partners and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare detailed project documentation, quotations, and production files in coordination with design & production teams
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups, ensuring compliance with contracts
• Visit on-site during project executions to ensure smooth delivery and scout for new partners
• Act as a liaison between internal teams (client servicing, design, production) and external vendors/partners
• Ensure flawless execution of partner-driven event activities, keeping client satisfaction as a priority

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in vendor/partner management, event management, exhibitions, or BTL industry
• Strong communication and coordination skills with fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Ability to handle international projects and cross-cultural coordination
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Willingness to travel and work flexible/overnight hours during event execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,567.96 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Partner relation/ Production/Event Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
