Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in component development, supplier quality assurance, or a related role.• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and experience with equipment such as compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and valves.• General knowledge of electrical equipment like motors, switch gears, and instrumentation used in gas industries, preferably for marine and onshore applications.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct technical root cause analyses.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.• Ability to travel to supplier locations, primarily within the EU region, for technical assessment audits.• Proficiency in using document management systems and maintaining traceability of documentation.
