Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Development Engineer, located in Rajkot. The role involves managing vendor relationships, identifying new vendors, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials. Daily tasks include conducting vendor audits, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal departments for requirements, and maintaining vendor performance records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Vendor Development processes
• Experience in conducting vendor audits and evaluations
• Negotiation skills and contract management expertise
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the CNC manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
