Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * 2-4 years of experience in Vendor Development, Procurement, * Supply Chain Management • Basic knowledge of manufacturing sector (Sheet Metal, Plastic & Rubber materials preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Willingness to learn vendor selection, evaluation, and management processes. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities: * Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors based on company requirements. * Support the onboarding process of new vendors under senior guidance. * Coordinate with vendors for quotations, samples, and basic documentation. * Maintain and update vendor databases and records. * Assist in monitoring vendor performance and escalate issues to senior team members. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. * Learn and support vendor negotiation, contract handling, and cost analysis activities. * Stay updated with basic industry trends, materials, and vendor practices.
