Job Details

• Manage and track all order bookings from boutiques, digital channels, and wholesale partners.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams to ensure timely order release.
• Maintain order fulfilment schedules and communicate delays or issues proactively.
• Build and maintain supply chain dashboards (order status, fulfilment rate, lead times, returns)
• Coordinate boutique-level stock movements including new launches, sales return handling, and inventory transfers
• Track and manage ageing inventory across boutiques; coordinate timely recalls or liquidation decisions.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, Business Administration, or related field

Relevant Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail

Behavioural Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to handle multiple priorities

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of order management, boutique operations, and inventory planning
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with MIS dashboards and ERP tools (eg Oracle)
• Prior experience in supply chain or jewellery operations.
• Hands-on with planning tools or inventory management systems
