Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Report Preparation

    • Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports and summaries for senior management, including data on employees, recruitment, and performance.

  2. Dashboard & Presentation Support

    • Assist in designing and updating HR dashboards and prepare clear presentations highlighting key HR metrics and trends.

  3. Vendor Empanelment

    • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies for onboarding and ensure timely delivery of services as per company standards.

  4. Report Automation

    • Automate recurring HR reports using Excel, Advanced Excel features, and formulas to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

  5. Collaboration with HR Teams

    • Work closely with teams such as recruitment, payroll, and training to gather relevant information and improve report accuracy.

  6. Timely Report Submission

    • Ensure all reports are submitted to senior management on schedule with up-to-date and verified data.

  7. Error-Free Reporting

    • Review and validate all HR data and reports to maintain accuracy and avoid errors.

  8. Incentive & Compensation Calculation

    • Support the calculation of employee incentives, bonuses, and salaries in alignment with company policies.

  9. Other Duties as Assigned

    • Perform additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned by management, ensuring quality and timely completion.
