Job Title:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with global stakeholders and procurement teams to manage contract renewals, new initiatives, and procurement engagements.
Prepare senior leadership presentations and comprehensive management reports for expense management committees.
Consolidate and validate contract and expense data for executive-level review.
Standardize and publish expense reports, highlighting key metrics for decision-making.
Formalize and document management approvals, communicate decisions to stakeholders, and track action items to closure.
Lead industrialisation efforts for expense management reporting and governance models in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in a global environment.
High attention to detail, logical thinking, and accuracy in managing data.
Background in industrialisation, change management, and governance processes.
Ability to create C-suite level presentations and interpret complex financial datasets.
Proficiency in building standardized reports and dashboards for expense tracking.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum
7-12 years
of relevant experience in governance, procurement, expense management, or similar functions within the financial services sector.
Preferred Industry:
Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, or in multinational organizations with complex procurement governance frameworks, will be given preference.
