Job Description

A Vehicle Loan Executive at Greaves Finance Ltd. will be responsible for promoting and facilitating loans for electric two- and three-wheelers through the companys digital financing platform ev.fin. The role focuses on sales + customer service + loan processing.

Main Responsibilities:

Generate leads and connect with customers interested in EV loans.

Explain loan products like Smart.fin, Eco.fin, Zip.fin, and Ride.fin.

Assist customers with application, documentation, and approvals.

Work closely with dealers and last-mile delivery players to promote financing solutions.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries regarding EMI, loan terms, and eligibility.
