Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelors degree in any stream

  (Preferred: Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Applications)
• Basic understanding of MySQL, Java, or Google Script
  

Relevant Experience

• 3-10 years of t

  otal experience, with at least 3+ years in Excel VBA Macro automation
• Experience working with captive centers or BPO firms
  
• Proven experience in developing Excel Macros integrated with SAP
  
• Strong track record of implementing process improvements and automation best practices

Roles & Responsibilities

Automation & Support

1. Analyze current manual processes and identify opportunities for automation within Finance & Accounting operations.
   
2. Design and develop automation tools using Excel VBA, SAP integration, MS Access, and SQL to drive efficiency.
   
3. Create robust Excel macros to handle large data sets and automate repetitive reporting tasks.
   
4. Develop test plans, perform debugging, and maintain detailed documentation of all codes and tools.
   
5. Collaborate with global teams, IT, and service providers to ensure seamless implementation and support.
   
6. Conduct user training and prepare knowledge transfer documents for Finance users.
   
7. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to strengthen Fossils digital transformation roadmap.
   

Stakeholder Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business users and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
   
2. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
   

Project Management

1. Lead automation and efficiency projects using VBA, SQL, and SAP integration.
   
2. Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate timelines and outcomes to leadership.
   
3. Establish and monitor S.M.A.R.T. goals to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
