About the Role

As a Valuation Associate, you will be involved in financial valuations across diverse industries, supporting decision-making for clients in M&A, fund-raising, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. The role offers significant exposure to complex financial modeling, compliance with Indian and international valuation standards, and interaction with promoters, investors, and auditors.

Key Areas of Work

• Valuation of equity shares, CCPS, debentures, ESOPs, and other securities
• Swap ratio valuations for mergers, demergers & acquisitions
• Building and reviewing financial models (DCF, Comparable Companies, Transaction Multiples)
• Preparation of valuation reports, fairness opinions, and presentations
• Support in FEMA, RBI, SEBI, and Companies Act related compliances
• Research industry and market data to support assumptions and benchmarking

Who Can Apply

• CA / Semi-qualified CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies & financial modeling
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Prior internship/experience in valuation, corporate finance, or investment banking will be an advantage
