Valuation & Financial Analysis

• Conduct valuation of companies, assets, equity instruments, and intangible assets using applicable valuation methods.
• Perform purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and fairness opinions.
• Build and review detailed financial models with scenario, sensitivity, and forecast analysis.

Research & Data Collection

• Collect industry, economic, and company-specific data from public sources and databases.
• Analyze financial statements, management projections, and other relevant documents.
• Support in preparing market, sector, and industry research reports.

Reporting & Documentation

• Draft valuation reports, presentations, and supporting documentation in a structured and professional manner.
• Ensure valuation assumptions and methodology comply with IFRS, IVS, and regulatory standards.
• Assist senior team members in client deliverables, proposals, and business development support.

Client Interaction

• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify assumptions.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with senior team members.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and support project teams.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, quality review frameworks, and confidentiality standards.
• Stay updated with valuation standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
