What This Role Requires

In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support a team of data scientists as the machine learning models QA/validation SME
• Responsible for documenting the model Qualification Plan and Technical Specification documents in collaboration with the data scientists and project team.
• Document business and technical requirements for the ML model, including accuracy, performance, and functionality.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure thorough evaluation and testing of the model.
• Review and approve test cases to ensure model requirements and performance criteria are met.
• Generate summary reports as per the Qualification Plan.
• Interpret test results and provide feedback for improvement.

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the IT domain, with a focus on Quality Assurance and Validation towards Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis.
• Experience or familiarity with Computer System Validation/Quality Assurance practices in a Digital or IT organization
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and/or C++.
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of AI/ML projects and Software Development.
• Experience with AI/ML modeling, preferably in healthcare/life science data.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes or chemical engineering background highly preferred.
