Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Lead to join our team at Amdocs Development Center India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive UX strategies to enhance the overall user experience.
Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and validate product concepts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required for effective teamwork.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
