Creative UX Designer & Storyteller Pursuit Excellence

Role Objective:
Drive high-impact pursuits by crafting compelling, user-centric experiences and narratives that differentiate our proposals and solutions. This role combines design thinking
with strategic storytelling
to create immersive, persuasive content for executive presentations, microsites, and proposal assets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design & Experience:
- Create intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for pursuit microsites, proposal portals, and digital assets.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
- Ensure seamless user journeys for evaluators and decision-makers.
Storytelling & Content:
- Craft narratives that articulate value propositions and business impact in a compelling, emotional way.
- Transform technical details into persuasive stories for executive summaries, solution decks, and videos.
- Integrate GenAI-driven creative tools to accelerate ideation and content generation.
Collaboration:
- Partner with pursuit leads, solution architects, and marketing teams to align design and messaging.
- Lead creative workshops to brainstorm themes, visual metaphors, and storytelling angles.
Required Qualifications
Design Expertise:
- Proficiency in design tools like, Adobe, Sketch, and motion graphics tools.
- Strong grasp of UX principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
Storytelling Mastery:
- Exceptional writing and conceptualization skills for high-stakes proposals.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
Strategic Thinking:
- Understanding of pursuit lifecycle and bid processes.
- Ability to tailor design and content for client personas and evaluation criteria.
Innovation:
- Familiarity with GenAI tools for creative acceleration.
- Awareness of emerging trends in digital storytelling and UX.
