UX/UI Lead

As a Director of Experience Strategy & Design at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic impact of design across diverse markets, serving as a key member of the global Center of Excellence (CoE) team. Your responsibilities will include: **Role Overview:** You will define and execute how user experience drives business value across the EMEA/APAC region, bridging multinational client objectives with design excellence. You will establish best practices, standardize methodologies, and lead the transformation of complex business challenges into user-centered solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide design strategy and experience priorities across major product tracks in multiple EMEA markets - Define and execute UX strategy for the EMEA region, balancing global consistency with local market requirements - Partner with regional business leaders to align CX strategy to measurable outcomes in diverse regulatory environments - Serve as a core member of the global Center of Excellence team to establish unified design standards and best practices - Lead client engagements, presentations, and workshops to drive business outcomes and elevate brand trust - Shape resourcing and team structure to hire, mentor, and elevate design talent - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective enterprise client accounts **Qualification Required:** - 10+ years in experience strategy, CX/UX leadership, or digital product design - 5+ years in senior leadership roles with a proven track record of leading small to medium design teams - Strong background in consulting, client services, and enterprise platform development - Expert knowledge of design strategy, user research methodologies, and product alignment - Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively across diverse, global teams In addition to the above, Amdocs offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, flexible working arrangements, and access to global learning platforms.
