UX/UI Lead

You are an experienced Force.com UX/UI Lead looking to join our team in Hyderabad. Your main responsibility will be to design user-friendly interfaces for applications on the Salesforce Force.com platform. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create effective UI/UX solutions. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs. Additionally, you will conduct user research and usability testing to enhance design solutions while ensuring consistency and usability across screens and modules. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a preference for experience on Force.com or Salesforce platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required, along with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and design principles. Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style are essential. Experience with Salesforce Lightning components or Salesforce certifications would be advantageous, as well as familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
