What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and design user flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to guide product decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and consistent across web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with developers to bring your designs to life, balancing creativity with feasibility.
• Advocate for the user in every discussion, while keeping business goals in mind.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a UX/UI designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Understanding of design systems, usability principles, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present your ideas clearly.
• A mindset that values feedback, iteration, and constant improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for

  mobile-first

  or

  cross-platform

  apps.
• Familiarity with

  front-end technologies

  (HTML/CSS, React) to better collaborate with developers.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions to enhance user delight.
• Background in branding or visual storytelling.
