Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining frog, a global network of studios that partners with customer-centric enterprises to drive sustainable growth by building and orchestrating experiences at scale. At frog, you will be part of a curious, collaborative, and courageous team united by a passion for improving the human experience. Working at frog means being empowered to make your mark on every project and contribute to your studio, your community, and the world at large. Key Responsibilities: - Understand project goals, business requirements, and constraints. - Translate business requirements into user stories. - Conduct secondary research, including trend benchmarking and competitor analysis. - Create frameworks such as customer journeys, service blueprints, or ecosystem maps based on research inputs. - Define and prioritize opportunity areas and translate them into concepts. - Design wireframes, user flow diagrams, and application maps. - Create and test interactive prototypes. - Document interaction guidelines. - Prioritize MVP features and build a backlog. - Support the definition of roadmaps in collaboration with strategy and technology teams. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of professional interaction design experience. - Highly developed design skills demonstrated in your recent work portfolio. - Confident presentation and storytelling abilities. - Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the interaction design lead. - Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods. - Affinity with frogs" values and a passion for creating products that meet people's functional and emotional needs. - Business-level proficiency in English.,
