UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to develop seamless user journeys. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, and extracting insights to enhance the overall user experience. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts. Additionally, designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI elements while ensuring usability will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as product managers and developers, to implement designs will also be essential. Conducting usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback, and contributing to the design system for consistency across products are also part of the role. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in your work. To excel in this position, you should ideally have 6 months to 2 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is required. Knowledge of UX principles, usability heuristics, and user-centered design is crucial. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles would be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct user research and usability testing are also essential. A portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects would be a great asset. Desirable skills include experience with design systems, familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions, and basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS).
