• Ability to understand user needs deeply and design with empathy.
• Conduct research and usability testing; translate insights into design improvements.
• Create interaction models, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes; validate through testing.
• Communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers for cohesive UX.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in UX design, preferably for customer-facing products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and impact.
• Proficient in Figma including the Design Systems and other standard design tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Skilled in problem-solving and user-centered design.
• Education or certification in HFI, HCI, or Design Thinking

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
