Role Description

The US NON IT Recruiter will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates for non-IT positions within our organization. Hired resource will have to work night shifts - US EST timings. This role demands strong networking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment channels effectively to attract qualified candidates.

Coimbatore (Onsite/WFO)

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for non-IT positions using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screening to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Schedule and coordinate client interviews.
• Negotiate salary and benefits.
• Collaborate with department head to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for non-IT roles.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. job market and employment laws.
• Experience using job boards, ATS and client VMS portals.
• Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
