Job Description

Key Responsiblities

Create end-to-end designs for Payroll processing, configurations, compliance and employee self-service modules.
Simplify complex payroll challenges/tasks into intutive user flows.
Develop wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity mockups to communicate design intent.
Lead usablity testing to validate concepts and iterate on solutions
Work with front end engineers to ensure the deisgns are implemented as per the plan

Required Skills & Experience

10+ yrs of Professional in UX/UI design experience, with 3+ in enterprise Saas HCM/Payroll platforms
Strong expertise in userflows, wireframes, interaction design and visual design.
Able to simplify complex workflow into intutive user experience.
Proficienciency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe, XD or similar design/prototyping tools.
Familiar with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google, Hotjar) for design validation.
