As a skilled and dynamic UX Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be joining our growing team. Your role will involve managing client communications, creating intuitive user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products. To excel in this position, you must have a strong foundation in UX design principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Figma. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, gathering requirements, and providing regular project updates. - Translate key takeaways from research into actionable design insights that improve user experiences. - Develop sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and iterate on design concepts. - Brainstorm and refine innovative solutions to design challenges, incorporating feedback from clients and team members. - Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of designs. - Conduct usability tests to validate design solutions and gather user feedback. - Maintain clear design documentation to support development and future design work. Qualifications: - 2+ years of proven professional experience in UX design. - Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. - Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff. - Ability to synthesize research findings into design improvements. - Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered design approach. - A collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of current design trends and best practices. In addition, preferred attributes for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field, experience in conducting client presentations and managing projects, as well as knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
