Your Role:

·       Defining UI & UX standards across various platforms - mobile, web

·       Translating your understanding and assimilation of requirements from product managers and business heads into UI prototypes

·       Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

·       Driving user behaviour and engagement via creative designs and convenient flows

·       Create and drive the design system across the company for different platforms

Skills and Experience:

·       Knowledge of wireframes

·       Great communication and strong articulation

·       Ability to draw up prototypes and functional workflows using boards etc

·       Graphic design capabilities and great sense of colour and aesthetics

·       Knowledge of Adobe creative suite software/Sketch/Invision/Figma/Zeppelin

·       Ability to understand the technical needs of the development team and work alongside them

·       2+ years of core experience as a UI/UX designer
