Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with strong wireframing skills to help us design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into functional and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain design documentation including personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data analysis, and changing requirements.
• Advocate for UX best practices and help build a user-centric culture within the organization.
• Ensure consistent application of design systems, UI guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UX and product design.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer in the software industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and outcomes for web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (optional) etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and interaction design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
