User Experience Designer

Locations: Pune India – Onsite 3 days a week at both locations

Pay rate: ₹10-20 LPA

Duration: 6 month contract w potential conversion or extension.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of professional experience

  in UI/UX design with a proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion. This includes partnering heavily with the development groups, product teams, and running live sessions with users.

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in

  design tools

  such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD (or similar).
• Expertise in

  prototyping tools

  like Figma, InVision, Principle, or Framer.
• Strong knowledge of

  HTML/CSS

  and front-end development practices for collaboration with developers.
• Experience with

  user testing tools

  (e.g., QuantumMetrics, UserTesting, Hotjar, Maze) and analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of

  accessibility standards

  and inclusive design practices.

Plusses

• Experience working in the Financial Services industry.
• Any UI/UX Design certifications.

Day to Day

• A client of Insight Global’s in the Financial Services Industry is looking to hire a Senior UI/UX Designer in Pune India and Denver Colorado. The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead large-scale, high-impact design projects, set design direction and ensuring consistency across platforms. Daily tasks include conducting user research, synthesizing insights into actionable design strategies, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications for development teams. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements, review designs, and maintain high standards of quality. Additionally, the designer will present concepts to clients and leadership, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous innovation by staying current on emerging trends and best practices in UI/UX design. This role has an onsite requirement of 3x a week for both locations in India and Denver.
