The Role

What You'll Do

• Create

  engaging, modern, and innovative

  user flows, wire-frames, and prototypes in

  Figma

• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to bring ideas to life
• Contribute

  fresh design concepts

  that make Swinch stand out
• Simplify complex journeys into smooth, delightful experiences
• Build and maintain a consistent design system that scales

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have strong

  UX/UI design experience

  (portfolio required)
• Excel in

  Figma

  (auto-layouts, components, prototyping, etc.)
• Are

  full of new ideas

  and enjoy experimenting creatively
• Have experience designing for

  mobile apps

  (iOS/Android)
• Can dedicate

  1020 hours/week

  and communicate well in a remote setup
