User Experience Designer

Role Overview & Requirment:

1. Minimum 5+ years working as a professional UX(User experience) designer(User

Experience) with a stunning portfolio demonstrating powerful design thinking.

For this position, design portfolio is very important or link to the behance.

2. Should have portfolio and experience designing technology company websites.

3. Should have hands-on experience with industry-standard tools for wire-framing,

prototyping and delivering high fidelity designs for usability testing and to developers.

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator etc.

4. Ability to create prototypes and wireframes

5. Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables

6. Should have worked on majorly data-driven dashboards, both on the web as well as

mobile platforms.

7. Should have hands-on experience conducting user research, creating user

personas, usability testing and storyboarding user flows.

8. Should understand and know how to implement design analytics.

9. Should have worked closely with cross-functional teams of product managers and

engineers to help define business and feature requirements

10. Should be a self-motivator and willing to come up with solutions by diving deep into the

core of the problem.

11. Should be a team player and must have excellent communication skills (both spoken

and written).

12. Work with product management, user experience, and engineering teams to translate

business problems, and requirements into compelling, innovative design solutions that

demonstrate the power and value of a client and web-based internet experiences.

13. Determine information architecture and create sitemaps

14. Candidate who has experience in UX designing are preferred

15. Candidate who has User interface , Visual designing in experience are preferred

16. Candidate with only graphic designing, Image editing , UI experience are not

preferred
