About the Role

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver responsive
web and mobile interfaces
using
Figma
(or Sketch/Adobe XD).
Create
user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
that align with product goals.
Run
user research
and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Build and maintain
design systems, style guides, and UI libraries
for consistent branding.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented pixel-perfect.
Optimize designs for
conversion, accessibility, and performance
.
Stay on top of
UI/UX trends, SaaS design patterns, and best practices
.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience as a
UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer
.
Strong
portfolio
showcasing
mobile apps, web apps, and responsive websites
.
Expertise in
Figma
, with knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.).
Understanding of
user-centered design, typography, color theory, and accessibility
.
Experience with
design systems
and component-based workflows.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with
front-end technologies
(HTML, CSS, React basics).
Experience designing for
B2B SaaS
or
consumer tech products
.
Knowledge of
motion/interaction design
and micro-animations.
