User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers, you will translate ideas and requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces. Your key responsibilities will include conducting user research and competitor analysis to drive design decisions. You will create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Designing UI elements like input controls, navigational components, and informational components will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will develop prototypes and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, is essential to ensure the high-quality implementation of designs. Usability testing and feedback collection will help iterate and enhance the designs. Maintaining visual consistency and defining design guidelines, standards, and best practices are crucial aspects of the position. Keeping abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies is also required. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role is necessary, along with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and processes. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc., is expected. A solid understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility is essential, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are key, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes, knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices, and familiarity with user analytics and A/B testing tools. Additionally, experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, etc., is considered a bonus.,
