Tax Preparer

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of tax regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Candidate who willing to work from our Ameerpet, Hyderabad are preferred but we will consider remote work option for qualified candidates where applicable.

Work timings are from 7.30 p.m. till 4.00 a.m. IST.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file accurate individual and/or business tax returns (Federal & State).
  
• Review financial records, income statements, and supporting documents to determine tax liability.
  
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and U.S. tax codes.
  
• Advise clients on potential tax deductions and credits to reduce liability.
  
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices as required.
  
• Maintain updated knowledge of tax laws, changes, and filing requirements.
  
• Ensure timely filing of returns before deadlines.
  
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data responsibly.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  
• Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role in the U.S. tax domain.
  
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal and State tax laws.
  
• Proficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., TurboTax, Drake, ProSeries, or similar).
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Strong communication and client service skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  
• CPA/EA certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in responsible for preparing and filing accurate federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and/or businesses in compliance with U.S. tax laws.
