Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions. Sales and Persuasion: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions. Information Provision: Provide clear and accurate information about products/services, including features, benefits, and pricing. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call details, queries, and resolutions. Following Scripts: Adhere to established communication scripts to ensure consistency and professionalism. Meeting Goals: Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, interactions, and follow-ups. Feedback and Analysis: Provide feedback on product/service improvements based on customer interactions and insights. Problem-Solving: Address customer issues and complaints effectively. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly, persuasively, and professionally. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
