Role Description

This is a Fulltime role for a US-based Technical Recruiter on the night shift, located on-site in Chennai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle of recruiting activities, which include sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. The role involves executing technical recruiting strategies, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Technical Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site during night shifts
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus
