We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced US Tech and Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at SIA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in bench sales recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US Tech and Bench Sales positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
