Looking for Freelancer US IT Bench Sales Lead who can market our resources and OPTs
Proactively market our W2 bench consultants to existing clients and new prospects.Develop new vendor contacts and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and end clients.Submit consultants to job openings, negotiate rates, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.Understand current technology trends, job market conditions, and client needs to match consultants accordingly.Prepare and present resumes in a client-friendly format and follow up with vendors for interview feedback.Track and manage consultant submissions, interviews, and placements via CRM or internal systems.Maintain ongoing communication with consultants on bench to understand their skills, availability, and preferences.Work with internal recruitment and delivery teams for a seamless transition from marketing to placement.Handle documentation and coordination for onboarding and ensure compliance with legal and immigration requirements.
