4. Orders & Follow-ups
Looking for new buyers (domestic / export) through direct /
broker channel.
Regularly sending e- mails / calls / follow-ups.
5. Order Execution
Sale Order entry, PI cum Lorry Pass to issue, Dispatch
status, Payment follow-ups, Payment entry in the system
6. MIS Reports Payment Outstanding Report & Order Outstanding Report
7. Factory Visit
To visit Factory on weekly basis to check the quality of
running production, order status, review of old stock
8. Market study
To take feedback from Brokers about domestic market
status.
