Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide a shortlist of highly qualified candidates to hiring managers. Collaborate effectively with your team to meet recruitment goals. Develop a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies to effectively match candidates with requirements. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
