What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle US recruitment
• Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for US-based roles
• Experience in Technical and Non-Technical recruitment
• BFSI recruitment experience is a strong preference
• In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices, time zones, and compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
