Willingness to work from office and stretch when business requires. Role Brief: As an Onboarding Associate, you will be playing a very crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient Onboarding of the candidates. You will be responsible for coordinating with various partner teams, recruiters, stakeholders & Candidates to ensure efficient, compliant, timely onboarding of candidates and focus on providing exceptional candidate experience. The role requires excellent communication skills with the ability to make quick decisions and should take complete ownership in getting the candidates prepped for the journey with Clean Harbors primarily supporting US & Canada regions. Role & responsibilities This is an Onboarding Associate role, where you will primarily be supporting the Driver & Non-Driver Candidates in US & Canada. Coordinate with the Recruitment team on New Drivers to be Onboarded Gather and process/follow up on all necessary paperworks, backgrounds, medicals for the Driver candidates Work closely with the candidates to ensure they have a smooth onboarding process right from their first day & partner along for their first week tasks Coordinate with the Hiring Managers to ensure onboardings are complete in a timely manner & work on any issues to be resolved very closely Distribute login credentials, manuals, guidelines as required. Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software. Assign and assist the New Hires on the mandatory training and policies that may need to be completed upon onboarding. Address any additional queries that the New Hires may have till they are handed over to the Hiring Managers Monitoring onboarding systems to ensure that all necessary onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner Achieve high level of business partner satisfaction in the onboarding routines. Ensure that the Candidates are on track with the day-today work assigned in the first week and work closely for any support until resolved. To collaborate and multitask on calls/emails/chat with candidates and Hiring Managers on any queries or escalations arsing as part of Onboarding. Skill/Expectations: Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong proficiency in English. Have Good logical thinking which we can correlate to problem solving ability. Are high on Ownership and trust, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Have Basic knowledge of US labor legislation and Onboarding tasks handled. Have the flair to connect with people whom you collaborate (can correlate to college projects collaborations). Have ability to work cross-functionally in a high-paced, dynamic environment. Have ability to follow through on tasks until completed and adhere to deadlines with high attention to detail. Have Exceptional customer relationship-building and multi-tasking skills. Are Self-managed with little supervision. Are Highly self-motivated and highly organized with strong attention to detail. Derive satisfaction from owning your role and being known as the go-to person. Pride yourself on your verbal and written communication skills. Are constantly seeking ways to improve processes, achieve greater efficiency, and expand your knowledge. Are familiar with MS Tools like work, excel, outlook, ppts will be a good add on High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office). Effective organizational skills and time management skills. Academic Background: Graduate / PG in any steam with all documents cleared!
