Job Description: The HR Associate is responsible for working on all aspects of human resources functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on HR best practices and employee relations. Job Description: Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations and HR principles and Practices Employee Relations US Onboarding and Offboarding end to end process experience Process of Benefit enrollments, changes, and Terminations. Assist employees with questions regarding health insurance, benefits program and other benefits. Experience in On-going HR activities including, responding to current and ex-employees Employment Verification requests, employee personnel action updates in HRIS, Employment Separation Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employments laws and regulations, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, and OSHA Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Assist with Audits and other compliance related activities Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong Interpersonal and relationship-building skills Highly organized and detail oriented and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Maintain strict Confidentiality regarding employee information Preparing weekly and monthly onboarding reports Experience in Contracts (MSA, Purchase Orders) Must have experience in US employee Onboarding process including Offer Letters, Conducting Background Check Verification using third party tools, Drug Screening, I-9 Verification, E-Verify your replies with updated resume and below details to rajk@vertogic.com Please provide the below details.
