Position - US Sales & Business Development Executive
Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 9pm to 6am IST & Sat - 9pm to 2am IST
Work Mode - Fully Remote

About the Role

Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies for the US market.
Identify potential clients and new market opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and pitch meetings.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development goals.
Negotiate and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales pipelines, performance, and forecasts.

Requirements

Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role targeting the US market.
Strong understanding of [industry e.g. SaaS, Healthcare, IT Services] and US business practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote/field-based setting.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
