Job Title: US Sales Coordinator – Cold Calling (English & Punjabi) Location: Mohali,8A Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: Night Shift/US hours Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated US Sales Coordinator to manage and execute cold calling activities targeting potential customers in the United States. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Punjabi , as this role requires engaging with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales efforts for our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Initiate cold calls to prospective customers in the United States, using both English and Punjabi . Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and approach new business opportunities. Qualify leads through initial outreach, gathering information, and determining the best course of action for conversion. Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and customer details in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and drive potential sales conversions. Follow up consistently with leads to ensure opportunities are not lost and to close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients and partners, delivering exceptional customer service. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through cold calling and effective communication. Track cold calling performance and provide regular reports to management. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and company products/services to effectively pitch to customers. Requirements: Fluency in both English and Punjabi (written and spoken) is required. Previous experience in cold calling, sales coordination, or telesales, particularly in the US market. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving sales goals. Familiarity with CRM systems to track leads, sales, and client communications. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized. Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours. Understanding of the US market is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B or B2C cold calling, especially within the US market. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to handle objections.
