Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end U.S. recruitment process understanding hiring needs, prioritizing roles, assigning job requirements, reviewing resumes, approving submissions, coordinating interviews, finalizing hires, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Lead and mentor the recruiting team to meet performance goals and delivery targets.

Develop, implement, and maintain recruitment processes and metrics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing; recommend and implement process improvements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with account managers, recruiters, clients, and external agencies.

Optimize recruitment costs and identify opportunities for process automation or improvement.

Manage and drive social media recruitment strategies to attract top talent across platforms.

Conduct interviews for key or strategic roles as required.

Represent the company at networking and recruitment events when needed.

Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment management experience, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT and Engineering job requirements and related technologies.
  • Prior experience supporting MSP/VMS accounts is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. employment practices, compliance, and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven history of meeting targets and delivering quality hires.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
