As a Recruitment Manager, your role will involve managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. You will work closely with the Recruiting Team and collaborate on strategic global hiring programs. It will be your responsibility to develop an action plan to recruit the best-fit candidates for the organization, especially for various IT requirements. Utilizing niche platforms related to IT, you will source potential candidates and personally conduct interviews. Additionally, you must document the interview process and provide reports as necessary. Your contribution towards the company's growth perspective is crucial, along with keeping abreast of industry trends. Being self-motivated and a team player is essential, and proficiency in English is required. Your experience should encompass the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling technical queries, and closing candidates till their joining. Proficiency in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools is a must. Qualifications Required: - HR-related degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. - Comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.,
