As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with managers to understand the company's hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals. You will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles, assisting management in finding, hiring, and retaining quality talent. Building and nurturing relationships with a pool of qualified active and passive talent is essential for pulling in new positions. Additionally, collaborating with the recruiting team and senior managers to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies will be a key part of your role. You will need to stay updated with job boards, social networks, and platforms to identify potential talent. Crafting job descriptions and announcements will also be part of your responsibilities to attract suitable candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in both EST and PST shifts to effectively support the hiring needs of the organization.,
